Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- returned in its original condition, with tags (if present).
If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
How to make a return?
Send us an email at rinconthebrand@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for your return.
After your request is validated, we will send you a return label directly by email. You just need to print it, stick it on your package, and drop it off at the indicated drop-off point.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm if your refund is accepted.
If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if you received a defective, damaged item, or if we made an error with your order, Rincon will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or received damaged.
