Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and unused
• Be returned in its original condition, with tags attached (if applicable)

If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

How to return an item?

Send us an email at rinconthebrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label by email. Simply print it, attach it to your package and drop it off at the indicated location.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if you received a defective or damaged item, or if we made an error with your order, return shipping will be covered by Rincon.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or received damaged.
